I provide consultation and testify as an expert witness on Israeli law.
In that capacity, I was engaged by leading Israeli and US law firms, as well as by the Canadian government (RCMP). My expert opinions on Israeli law have been used by a number of American courts. For a recent federal court’s decision accepting my expert opinion on Israeli law see Goldberg v. UBS, 660 F.Supp.2d 410 (E.D.N.Y. 2009).
As an Israeli trial attorney, I specialized in commercial and antitrust litigation. In that capacity, I represented large corporate clients from the gasoline supply and services industry before District Courts and the Supreme Court of Israel.
Between 1992 and 2004, I lectured at the Israeli Institute for Advanced Judicial Studies.
I also provide consultation and legal advice in my current specialty areas:
Evidence, Medical Malpractice, and Torts generally. My contributions to these areas of the law are cited (inter alia) by the Third Restatement of Torts.
